Is there an Al Parker fan club? If not, I seem to have started one. My recent post — i.e., Chapter Thirteen, Al Parker, Maybe the Biggest Star of All — has generated almost a thousand views along with a welcome increase in subscribers to Did You Sleep With the Models? My friend Dennis Forbes/aka Fred Bisonnes, who knew Al Parker better than I did, sent such an evocative email after reading the chapter that I immediately asked his permission to reprint it — along with three of his photographs that I expect to generate another thousand views.
